Williamsburg Players offers several services to our patrons.

Every function sponsored or co-sponsored by Williamsburg Players will have a Board Member present to ensure the smooth operation of the function and to assist you with any needs you may have.

Concessions opens 1 hour prior to a performance. It remains open through intermission. Snacks, candies, water, soda, beer, and wine are available. Cash and credit cards are accepted.

The Box Office handles the Lost and Fround. If you have lost something, please contact the Box Office at 757-229-0431.

Williamsburg Players is equiped with a T-Loop system for those patrons with hearing aids. We also offer assitive listening headsets.

Patrons arriving after the performance has started will be seated at the descretion of the Board Member on Duty and the ushers. Latecomers may need to take a temporary seat until intermission so they do not disturb other patrons.
